The office and the Principal’s seal

The office seal and principal’s seal may be used only as authorised by policies of CISCE, the Department of Education of the State Government, BGS MPS or Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust. It is reserved for use on official documents bearing the signature of the principal (only in case of the principal’s seal) or an authorised representative of BGS MPS, only on official school stationery and only in connection with events or facilities that are frequently used by or have a unique connection to the school or the principal.


Neither the name of the school nor any of our trademarks, including logo and colours, may be used in any way that states or implies endorsement of a commercial product or service, gives a false impression, is misleading, or could cause confusion regarding the school’s relationship with any person or entity. Statements that the school is a user or purchaser of a product or program are permitted if true as is any other message of endorsement if it can be backed up by explicit policy or communication with the school or its authorised representatives.

General Prohibition

Neither the name of the school nor any school trademark may be used in any manner that could adversely affect the school’s image or standing or would for any other reason be inappropriate for an institution of primary and secondary education. 


Violation of this policy, if identified, will require the violator to work with the school office to determine the action needed, which may include redesign of print and/or electronic materials.

With respect to all violations of this policy, BGS MPS reserves its right to seek remedies under applicable law in India or elsewhere depending on the use.
